1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Dutton Rewards (operated by Dutton & Co.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Rewards & Payouts

Dutton Rewards allows users to earn satoshis (Bitcoin) by completing quizzes. We make no guarantees regarding the exact payout amounts, frequency, or availability of rewards. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the reward structure at any time without notice.

3. Botting & Abuse

The use of automated scripts, bots, or any method to bypass the normal operation of the quizzes or ad viewing is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to permanently ban any account, Discord ID, or Lightning address suspected of cheating or exploiting the platform, and to withhold any pending rewards.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Dutton & Co. is not a financial institution. We are not liable for any losses associated with the volatility of Bitcoin or the Lightning Network. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dutton & Co. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
